I'm disgusted withtge service I got from Telkom and its call center, I've been having a problem with telkom debiting my account and them having a nerve to charge me late payment fees after me having to call in and find out whats the problem and making the payments myself, this has been going on for 2 years now and till today no one can explain but the agents are good at telling me to just pay the money and it's that simple, today the aget hung up on me because they couldn't give me a way forward to my problem ... I regret the day I joined telkom... Big ****en mistake
