On Monday the 4th of January 2016 I did report the line , with no dialing tone no incoming or out-coming calls, no one has attended to us, then on the 7th I did phone again, they took my number, and told me the technician will contact me but that didn't happen until now,even today no one has attended to us and now the DSL Line also give us a problem its on and off. And today is the 8th no Technician and the worse part this line is for business. Please consider this matter urgently.
