I went to the Telkom store on November 2015 to cancel my contract as it was ending but even today it is not cancelled. I called the customer care i do not know how many times but still they keep giving me different information every time. Person called Neo Letsipa said she called me 4 times which she did not, she called only once and i told her i am driving. Yesterday (05/01/2015) a person by the name of Tumelo Madisha said he will send the email to Neo Letsipa and Manager so they call me and they never called.

I went to store on the 28 May 2016 to cancel my month to month contract and they told someone changed it to 3 months contract how I don't understand. I waited for the call that only came end of June and the guy who called said will call me back tomorrow. He never called, when I called the call-centre I am told someone close that and made it month to month contract.
