I wish I could give a 0 star!!! I have tried calling Telkom Centurion Mall more than 20 times and NO ANSWER!!!!! The branch at Mall@Redds number doesn't even work. What is wrong with you guys the service is ****. Because they can't answer a phone I upgraded on the telephone 3 days ago just to find out that my order isn't even processed yet. And the consultant said to me that the device will be delivered within 5-7 days I highly doubt that it will. I will never refer someone to Telkom. You can close your shops because they don't mean anything all it does is chase clients away. WAKE UP Telkom put the client first and work on your basic 'PICK UP THE PHONE S****S'!!! I think I should cancel my contract
