My internet is down have been trying to restore with telkom but no joy. It's very frustrating when you have a business that depend on the internet and telkom couldn't be bothered. They canceled by tin number for no reason and it's so difficult for them to rectify. Requested to speak to a manager or team leader but they always busy and cannot take your call..

The consultants are rude and abrubt and if no help either.

Telkom including their staff are totally useless and not helpful. It's really sad to know such a big company has such pathetic service.

They really don't have a clue what customer service is.

The excalations department even worse Emailed them about 2 months ago regarding a different issue got an automated response advising will get feedback within 24 to 48 hours.(maybe they meant 24 to 48 months) To date no response. Hope that something can be done regarding telkom service turnaround time and staff behavior.
