what sad and disappointing service from Telkom. when I asked one of the ladies to speak to her manager she said they no available then she says there is a floor manager who wont even take a my call. I app**** on the 13th of October 2018 and still no line or router or extender. I called many times. no one could help. wish I didn't have to deal with Telkom in the first place. work service provider ever. I even emailed a complaints address and no one responded.
