I would like to express the bull**** that Telkom has been giving m, I regret why I took a contract with Telkom, they have been doing as they please on my account. when I started the contract they never debited my account I went to Telkom and asked why to my surprise they had a different account. I asked them to change the account number they did that next month again they did not debit I opted for the cash option and they said they have changed it, I have been paying cash to my surprise thy went into my account and they debited more than what we agreed on. I reversed the money and paid cash now thy have ****en blocked my line for what good reason I do not know they are a bunch of idiots no one can help. Ii has been sent from pillar to post. all of thy staff are useless including the owners because I am not the only one with this issue the same thing is happening on my wife’s account. TELKOM is a big **** GUYS I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE ANY CONTRACTS WITH TELKOM you will regret it for the rest of your life and this thing they are doing is affecting my credit record
