The service i have been getting lately from telkom is really bad. I have been getting sms that say You have reached your daily limit for "Out of Bundle" notifications. Please view remaining bundle allowances on the Telkom App, Portal or WhatsApp ***. When i go on whatsapp the option is not there. When i chat to the agents they dont understand what i am saying and rudely disconnect our chat (tshepo ntsane) nwithout even trying to help and telling me i dont have data as if i did not just recharge. I just want to use the data i bought and am strongly considering changing networks even though i have been with you guys for years.
