My girlfriend went to your Telkom store next to spar in the zone Rosebank mall such bad service she went in to ask about her account was told she can't help firstly they all sit on there phones and not wanting to help my girlfriend did ask her does she enjoy her job she rep**** to her no not really it is just a job she went to the other stores Telkom mobile and there service was good and helpful couple of weeks ago I went to buy a WiFi router and asked them could you help me set it up the gentleman told me no we can't as we don't have a phone line and when I did take it back as our router was fine so they could credit me he would not credit me as they will send for testing service is so bad
