SERVICE

I'm so tired of this damn network, I cant describe the **** and horrible service this network turned out to be, to think that telkom was the first telecommunication in South Africa yet they are the worst.

It has been 7 months with this company and 7 months a of nightmare( its like me wearing a pair of new shoes and walking into **** that stains the shoe) Firstly I took a data contract out with them, to findout they i was given a ********** bank account which i have no clue how they did that when all my details was given over the internet when applying for it. Secondly for 3 months I was battling with the company to change my details to the correct bank again, which lead to me paying penalties on this account due to a debt order bouncing. I have logged multiple quires and escalated them to call me back or give me some information with the status... That never happened, up until today which is the 15th of October, im still waiting for my call and my refund for all the chargers that occurred because they kept debting that account. They finally fixed that yet i haven't gotten my money back for there FUP which they charged me!!! Thirdly I logged a issue with the address to have that updated because you guys delivery the stuff to the new address but my invoice shows my old one. So my bladdy question is, who the F*#k is working at this company and how can you have some much issues with this network.

Like seriously, if you cant update and address in 1 month and 7 months have passed by already. Then please just F*#king roll over and die, Because there are other companies that aren't even long running yet there service and turn around time on issues that are logged are sorted so much quicker, 24/48 hours. Now that is service right there.

Please I had some much believe in this company when my mother worked for Telkom but ever since she left.. the service has left with her and her team!
