Server crach at Telkom leaves us with no email

Telkom experienced a server crash last night. The result is that all email history has been lost. One would think that a company providing that kid of service (do Messaging) to clients would actually bother to provide a backup facility - even at a cost in the cloud if necessary. This is a small company relying on service providers. We will definitely change our service provider.
