Seriously poor service.

You would think that after all the years that Telkom has been the leading telecommunications provider in SA, they would have a better, stable and reliable mobile service.

I hardly get service and and the service I get is so poor.

You have LTE, but the LTE is just atrocious.

To be honest, I am getting far, far better service from a certain new-comer whose name rhymes with "fame".

For all those who wish to switch to TM, think twice and perhaps a second and third time.

To Telkom, this is just wrong.

You need to take a serious look at your network and routing. It's clear that you have some issues with both your network infrastructure and network routing since your latency and speeds are (as far as I have tested) the worst in the areas that I frequent.

So in the end, I am leaving Telkom, sooner rather than later.
