Seriously how long does it take to cancel a line!!
On 26 January I requested the cancellation of a line [Email Removed] and received no response, I started following it up on Facebook messenger and to date all I got is that I will get feedback which never comes. I resent it to that email address and just got a not read: from Telkom SMBS Retention Centre which means it was just deleted. How long can it take to get this cancelled. I mean really it is utterly ridiculous!!!!!!
