Seriously? Do they even give a damn?

<p>After 2 reviews on here about my issue, after all those walk ins, after trying to explain my problem for the 1000th time to their rude staff, Telkom still hasn't addressed my issue about the cellphone. I'm actually shocked at this service. The only reply I got here from Telkom was false promises about contacting me to sort it out. It's just a phone, what is so difficult about that? I'm utterly fed up with this terrible service, I would rate this zero if I could.</p>
