Seriously concerned

I have received a call from ********** 110, during the day and was a offered a good deal as I have been a loyal Telkom customer. I am worried that this might be a **** and they already have my personal details, I was told that, I should expect an email from them specify all the details, but have nothing new in my inbox. I am seriously worried about this. Please assist
