Seriously bad, bad service

Total idiots, if you ever try and cancel your subscription to Telkom you can forget about it, it will never ever happen. There is only one way you can do this and this is by downloading a cancellation form from their website so, that’s what we have done but to no avail. We have sent the form to them three time via email, we have phoned them twice and we have gone in to a Telkom store, and yes my subscription has still not been canceled but, the bills don’t stop coming in the post. You really need to step up your game.
