SERIOUSLY BAD ATTITUDES and SLOW SERVICE

There are first of all 8 counters for people to be helped. But only three people helping, I personally don't understand that logic. As well as the fact that it's a Saturday, so shouldn't there be more people working??? The lady who just stands and does NOTHING has the worst attitude ever. She's supposed to be assisting incoming customers but stands looking in reflective surfaces fixing her hair. Supposedly called the store \Usher\". This is just totally pathetic!!! This store needs people who actually wants to work, as these people honestly don't. Their customer service is not up to scratch. The lady who helped me: Nelisiwe Nene even deffered me to calling the call center. The lady at the call center said that the in store employee should do it. See my point? She even agreed to having a bad attitude. Great customer service...NOT"
