<p>I am seriously FED UP with Telkom Mobile</p> <p> </p> <p>I have UNCAP internet at home and pay my account religiously EVERY MONTH.</p> <p> </p> <p>A few weeks ago, my internet was discontinued due to non payment ( LIES ). We phoned Telkom and said that the account is up to date and emailed the POP as no opne could see the money paid onto our account.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have been emailing the same POP to about 5x different people and no one is WILLING TO HELP US!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>We eventually found a person who claimed to be able to assist and confirmed the POP was received and meracisly she could see the money reflecting on the account which others have failed to see. She said that the internet will be on again YESTERDAY...</p> <p>Guess what...</p> <p> </p> <p>IT IS NOT.</p> <p> </p> <p>My husband hat to resent the POP for the 6th TIME today!! Starting AGAIN this ridicules cicle. </p> <p> </p> <p>We went to the Telkom store and it is even a BIGGER joke.... </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to be part of your screening process of employment as you must find the most useless people in this country and offer them a job..</p> <p> </p> <p>WHY SHOULD THIS BE SO DIFFICULT???????</p>
