Serious Breach of rights

<p>Request for cancellation was sent in January. Telkom responded saying it would cancel within 21 days. However, after complaining multiple times (including on hellopeter), telkom is still *****ING money from my bank account. At this point, I have to explore legal options as everything is in writing that telkom will cancel the contract. I want a full refund for the last 4 months that you guys have been *******ly deducting from my bank account.</p>
