Serame Taukobong call me back-Telkom bad service

Dear Brian Armstrong(COO) & Serame Taukobong(CEO) of Telkom SA kindly attend my complaint regarding your Sandton city branch staff member Katlego & Moshidi and her manager who did not care to give me his name after he told me he is not interested in my complaint unless I make an additional payment which is now ***** as I do not owe my monthly premium. it has been 5days now since my 1st complaint & no one from Telkom has called me. since your above mentioned manager suspended my contract out of ***** my telkom no. does not work therefore contact me on ***. your Sandton brach has really shown me how careless Telkom is to it loyal customers they don't care & they do not hide it.
