Sent Cancellation form - Contract ending 29 June 2017 - Not contacted by Telkom

<p>To Whom This May Concern:</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent through a cancellation form as requested by call centre agents, nobody from telkom has contacted me to confirm that my contract will be cancelled on the 20 June. The cancellation form was sent on the 7 May 2017. I had signed up for this contract on the 20 June 2015. I want someone from Telkom to confirm they have received the form and that all is in order. I want the contract to go to prepaid - all the details have been sent to: **********
