Sent an email to *** and up till now have not received a reply

<p>I complained on hello peter about telkom mobile charging me extra on last months debit order. they rep**** and requested I send them an email to ********** <p> </p> <p>I did this and days later no reply. Whats the point really. I also emailed ********** with no reply either.</p> <p> </p> <p>They offer zero customer service really</p>
