Senior management in Mobile upgrades

After numerous calls and requests to stop phoning me regarding an upgrade. Today I received 4 calls in a row from this department and me dropping them. I recieve another call that the senior manager takes the call without any prompt from the agent and I explain very angry what is the problem the manager simply threatens me and drops the call. ****pier service could not be given in this regard. I hope no one else signs up.
