Sending customers to shops after closing them!

I have a Telkom Landline and a pre-paid Sim-Sonke (Telkom Mobile) cellphone.
By accident, I purchased via internet banking, a prepaid landline voucher instead of topping up my mobile phone.
After trying to enter the voucher number, and phoning Telkom Mobile I was told that it is not for a mobile but a landline number. They cannot refund me.
I then phoned Telkom landline accounts to enquire about getting the money transferred to credit my Telkom landline bill. After 3 departments and half an hour of repeating myself in between holding, I was told that I could not be helped on the phone but that I must please visit my local Telkom shop.
Last week they closed my local Telkom shop. It will cost me over R100.00 in petrol to get to my nearest Telkom shop.
I have a serial number and voucher number and proof of payment yet Telkom seems determined to make it impossible for me to get my money back
I am not asking for the cash, but to transfer the amount to my landline account . It is shocking that the bank has no fail safe in place, and that Telkom has no policy but to keep the money regardless.
Shame on Telkom. Close the shops and then send your customers to them.
