Send in my Tablet for repair

I took my tablet to Telkom NI City for repair and it was told that it will take 15days to repair I phone after the 15days and it was told that it is still laying at the store due to courier problems. and then the person promise me it will be ready for me the following week another week pass I phoned and the person Willie was on leave and then I spoke to manager which told me that they deliveries to the store will be next week and then she will phone me she phone that same day and said she will phone the next Monday which she did not and then the week went by and I phoned the Thursday which is to day and the person Willie just told me we are making it a priority and we just have to wait when it comes back to the store not I will follow-up and let you know no you just have to wait. It is now actually 5 weeks but they deducted there monthly installment I can't use the tablet and I need it for my son projects.
