selling when no stock

I went to telkom two weeks ago to sign up for the lte data. I was told they should have m9dems in by that saturday the 1st of August. So i went ahead and cacelled all other data contracts. Went there on the 1st... They didnt have it. Said they'll call us. Today only I callled them to find out whats going on. Im only have about 800 mb left remaining on my one data sim. We are at the 10th of August... im having my baby this friday... if not sooner... i want this sorted asap. Since the longer i wait i still have to pay for a modem for the whole of the month. Can someone please assist since i want this sorted by tomorrow and refuse to wait for two hours in another telkom store line to resubmit where they perhaps do have stock of modems. This is such poor service. You are deliberating *****ing time and money by not providing modems to your stores
