Selling deals without stock

I am actually very appalled by Telkom's business practices and underhand dealings. Why are you selling products that are not in stock and only told about it only after the deal is done.

At the beginning of December I upgraded my contract to the oppo Reno 8 pro (infinity max plus watch R1259+R100) which comes with earbuds and a watch (which one pays for- contract cheaper if you don't add the watch). I was convinced to get the this deal (at that moment) only to wait almost a month to get the earbuds and watch (still waiting).

How are you guys offering this deal without the stock,I need my watch to for gym purposes and also the earbuds (after all this product does not come with any form of headphones and earphones) I am basically paying for a product I still don't have (R100 watch) and an incomplete product package (no earbuds). This is really not fair
