Selling an ADSL service they cannot provide

Door-to-door sales Rep (Bongani Kwisomba) visited my home in late November 2014 and offered a 24 month contract on an upgrade to 10MB line speed because of recent infrastructure upgrades in the area. I queried this because the best I could ever get was 3.5MB, and I was told that 10MB is definitely now possible.
In good faith I agreed and signed a contract and waited for admin to be completed.
In early December, a Telkom technician phoned to inform me that unfortunately getting 10MB to my home will still NOT be possible.
I immediately phoned to 'abort' the contract admin process because Telkom have marketed a service they cannot provide and I was assured that the contract will be aborted.
The next account arrived with all the additional costs meaning that the reversal did NOT happen. I went to a Telkom shop and unsuccessfully attempted to reverse everything. I then made numerous phone calls and eventually it looked like I may have resolved the matter.
Today (4 May 2015) I received my Telkom account and I am being charged R1243.80 for the remaining period of the contract.
I would appreciate a call from a Telkom employee who will ACTUALLY resolve this.
