Selldirect Marketing (Pty) Ltd called and Telkom - ******!!

Selldirect Marketing (Pty) Ltd called me on behalf of Telkom on 12/05/2020 for a contract renewal which I refused. The sales agent then advise that I agree for a Month to Month data and minutes - No Terms account for the amount of R139, I agreed. I also told the agent to cap the account but she didn't because I have been paying R238 and when I tried to cancel with Telkom, they told me that I have a 24 months contract and I will be charged a cancellation fee of R609 + R238 monthly premium. I have requested the recording from Selldirect Marketing (Pty) Ltd and they keep sending a file that says the "file has been removed", which of course I cannot open. I would appreciate it if Telkom can request this file on my behalf and listen to the recording and end this.
