Sell Direct - Tall Tale - Sold a Product that does not exist - Careful For Calls from Sell Direct(Telkom)

<p>Took a call from Cell Directrect yesterday. Listened for half hour as consultant explained benefit of taking a 1 Gig deal, at 29 cents per mb instead of R 1.00. I then accepted the offer, deal concluded.</p> <p>Few hours later a lady called me to confirm the order, at which stage i asked her the data rate and she said R1 per mb, she said i was mis informed, i then asked for a manager the call me, and she said they wont.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then called Telkom, who told me, that although Cell Direct is contracted by them and recieve all my details from Telkom, they can not assist i must call cell direct.</p> <p> </p> <p>Called Cell Direct again - and they said sorry that deal does not exist, all calls recorded, the call centre agent made a "mistake"</p> <p>Do they make these "mistakes" to sell more???</p> <p>and when they get caught out they say oops! "mistake" ???</p> <p>lEAVING yOU TO PAY 3 TIMES MORE FOR PRODUCT THAN YOU WERE PROMISED</p> <p> </p> <p>*****?????</p>
