Sell Direct don't care about your customers

I am sharing this experience with Telkom as a Telkom customer however I think Sell Direct Marketing can take 99% of the blame for my bad experience. Below is a copy of the complaint against Sell Direct. Please take a look into the way they deal with YOUR customers, I see a lot of negative reviews and at the end of the day it is you, Telkom that loses business. I am giving a 3 start rating because of how I was treated by Sell Direct but the issue was rectified at a Telkom store.

"I have been a Telkom 'user' for over 6 years and post paid customer for over 4 years. I have many contracts and I don't have a lot of issues. Along comes Sell Direct Marketing. I upgraded my data contract and received the new LTE router with the new SIM card. The SIM card wouldn't clip into the slot on the router so I had to contact Sell Direct to return it. As it was an OBF(out of box failure) it was collected and replaced with a new one. When I received the new router, the SIM card fitted in but I kept getting a message saying "Insert SIM and restart the device" meaning it wasn't working. I have my old HUAWEI router as well as a dual SIM phone with another 2 Telkom contract SIMS. Each SIM worked in my phone (in each slot) and in my old router but none worked in the new router. Once again I sent it back (after getting asked AGAIN if I had inserted the correct sized SIM and inserted it the correct way). When I packaged the router I didn't clip the cover for the SIM card back in place, I left it loose in the packet. AGAIN I got the router back and it DIDN'T work. The SIM cover was still loose making me wonder if they even turned it on or if they just repackaged it and sent it back (each time I sent it in it never came back with a fault report). I called Sell Direct and spoke to lady buy the name of Jordynne who told me that instead of sending the router to the repair center she'll have it sent to their office in Cape Town to check out. Jordynne called me and told me that the router had worked with their SIM and rudely told me that I can't book it back in again because it is working and if I had issues I must take it to a Telkom store. Well guess what, it wasn't working. I went to my local Telkom store only to be told to go to Eastgate. I took the router to Eastgate (extra time and fuel) and it was booked in. I was told it was going to the Telkom repair center. I was called during the week to collect the router which I did yesterday (again, time off work this time and extra fuel). The router that Jordynne told me was working in fact wasn't and was replaced with one that actually works (this after about 2 months of struggling to get this sorted). I was called by the sales team at Sell Direct yesterday in connection with another contract that is due for upgrade, I told the lady that unfortunately I will NEVER deal with them again, it's easier for me to go to the store and discuss my options. I don't know if Telkom read these complaints about Sell Direct but they should, at the end of the day it's their name and their customers. I was ready to start cancelling contracts as they expire and move to another provider. As an IT manager, when I call a supplier to say something is faulty, I have already done most of the troubleshooting."
