Selfish Telkom does not support businesses

Telkom does not care about other businesses. we have been phoning telkom countless times for them to send a technician and sort our phone line and this has being going on for a month with no reponse. our whole building with other businesses has no active phone line and telkom refuses to show any professionalism other than give refenences for the calls. my business is suffering with no phone line and telkom will continue to charge me for the month. i need action asap
