SELFISH MONEY CHASERS

Mid April 2023 I app**** for contract cellphone online and concluded the contract online after a week my phone got delivered by a courier, as I already have other contracts with telkom for data and laptop. I had no idea that my cellphone was supposed to be delivered with the same card, I only find out in September when I was making a billing enquiry that I have another number for my phone and that am billed R950 per month for the phone including the data sim card which I never received amounting to R232 data alone, the lady called Kamogelo Kgaabi checked for me on the system and did confirm that the sim card was indeed never used and advised me to do a sim swap then I'll give her the details of the sim and she will log a case for me to get a refund for the data that I was paying for and never used. She asked me to forward the WAY bill document and also provide her with the ICCD number of the new sim which I did so that it can proof that the sim is only a day old. I made a follow up with her as she was not responding back to my emails then she finally came back and said the ICCD number is showing active since April, I asked her what it means because she did confirm that the sim card was never used as I only got it in September even now I have not used it because I was waiting for them to resolve my issue. She never got back to me, this made me realise that they are VERY selfish all they know is to deduct your money in your bank ACCOUNT however if you need help with resolving queries relating to their products they are never available, they only good in chasing our money. POOR SERVICE!!!! I will never ever again take any new contracts/products with this selfish company.
