i have been trying to get hold of prepaid costumer service with no luck luck for the past two days , today i to get hold of sales all the consultants where rude , couldn't help me , they even did what me to transfer me to prepaid costumer service , i bought airtime 3 times but my airtime is not reflecting but my money is out of my account , im very ****ed off , im even porting to MTN.
