Security questions
Abusing their 'security' questions, requesting no less than 5 (five) of these questions - which in fact is not about security, but to confirm the customers' details, wasting our time this way. If you call 5 times in 2 days, you'll answer the same 'security' questions each time! That's the company that doesn't care, like they don't care about complains on Hellopeter.com or anywhere else. Typical.

Even though it is bit annoying but unfortunately it is necessary for security reasons. Just like an ATM, it will always ask you for your pin code even if you just used one a moment ago.

ATM security consists of one 5-digit security code, and that's it. On top of that, your 'security' questions are all about customers personal details, and it's obvious it's managements decision to update customer's details through this 'security' questions.
