Security question ans case number

I app**** for the octobee special. 269 for 40g+ a router. My applecation was successful and i faild the security questiins. The lady at telkom potch help me and she assigned me a case number. Below is the text i recieved from telkom Your query will be attended to.Your case number is ********** 2. She told me telkom will call me. 3 days pass and nothung. I finally called telkom and was told they cannot hell. On saturday i went to telkom potchefstroom and the other lady told me to wait for the lady that originally helped me. She wasnt it. Today i went to telkom and she pretended like she did not know what i was talking about. She said the my appication was cancelled but she needs to hear from back office regarding the case. Telkom please call me back and sort out this mess. How can i not know my credit history. I am a good payer and i dnt have a bad credit record.
