Secunda branch terrible service

<p>Secunda branch didn't load a new application for two weeks and when we went back to find out what is going on they said Mrs DeVries who helped us is on a course and did not put in the application. Then Babalwa helped and was extremely rude and did not even understand the systems. </p>
