Second post on the same issue

<p>after posting asking for help on the 19th still nothing has been done can you please just get someone else or refer me to someone else open serve are doing nothing </p> <p> </p> <p>why the hell do you guys give me a reference number when nothing is being done or is gonna be done stop paying open serve for sitting around and acting like they are fixing stuff after months of explaining the card is faulty act the exchange they still come and test for connectivity and don't fix or replace the card and leave please I will ask again can please refer me to someone who can fix my adsl line </p>
