Second complaint about the same issue that has still not been delt with

<p>I put a complaint about telkom regarding a breach of contract. The store manager is the one that breached the signed contract. No one on the social media team has done anything about the first complaint as yet. It's been over a week. I have something done about this today. I want feed back today. I want to women who said she was sorting things out to tell me what she has done exactly. Coz I haven't had a response. </p>
