Second complaint

I visit the Pinetown store I got very good service when I want back the second time I wanted to upgrade one of my other contract the guy said I will let me know the next day which never happened. I wanted for about a week still no call than I decide to phone him he told that is waiting for approval he will call me back until today I never heard a thing. On the 22 December I phone the store twice and both people said they will call me back in 10 mins including the manager of the store. I m still waiting. Regarding the issue for the Pavillion store I phoned the manager regarding a contact to but with the add on as Pinetown does not do that. I want a PlayStation 4 or Xbox one or Xbox 360 for Christmas present for my kids. He asked me to send a MMS and he will get back to me which a did do, he did phone me back telling he has a Xbox coming in the next day but he will confirm with me which one it is. Once again still as of the 23 December 15 I have never heard a word from him either. I phoned him left messages on his phone and still no reply. I want in store ask for him he was not in but left my details in store but still no feed back. I phone left message. Now it is Christmas and NO
