Second Appointment jumped

Hi there,<br> I have left this as a last resort, but have no choice. I have been trying on all available platforms to get hold of you and have failed on all of them.<br> <br> I requested a line move for my fixed land-line and was \told"that the installation will be 20.03.2015.
