SCARCELLA MADE NO DIFFERENCE TELKOM NOT CHANGED

Enzo Scarcella has made no difference to Telkom. Still cannot get issues sorted. No communication to e-mails. Going nowhere with customer care lines. Getting zero response from e-mails. Executive and managers untouchable by phone or e-mail - not able to proceed with complaint going nowhere fast. What a useless and unapproachable organization. Clear leadership issues if the head does not know or change the status. Hours and days wasted just holding on for Telkom to answer there phones.
