What a disgrace. Absolutely pathetic. Hanging on for like 40 plus minutes to telkom call centre and when answered the phone is hanged up by Telkom's useless and bad attitude operators. I'm trying to report a simple fault on my line for 2 weeks now. I won't pay my account anymore. Have you ever heard of Batho Pele principles? You should try it.
