******** use Telkom name and services

<p>We're a small company that received documents which looked very much like the usual directory listing for Telkom. The company, "Telecom Directory Pty Ltd" sends out a renewal form with "telkomsa.net" all over it, looking very much like the renewal.</p> <p>Once the form has been sent back, the hapless client receives an invoice for R7176, payable at the end of the month.</p> <p>It really seems unfair on Telkom that they should be using Telkom's services to run this **** - the following email addresses have reference:</p> ********** ********** <p>Customer Care Department Tel Number: 086 ********** </p> <p>Fax 2 Email No: ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>The very small print says "</p> <p> </p> <p>Telecom Directory is an independent online adverting company whom are not affiliated to Telkom or Trudon "</p> <p> </p> <p>But by then it is too late.</p> <p> </p> <p>So please Telkom, investigate this and shut these guys down before some other hapless small business gets sucked into the ugly vortex.</p> <p> </p>
