Bought a uncapped wifi plan in Jan 2018 that was meant to come with a free wifi extender and LIT Box, both of which I have still not recieved till today! I enquired about it for 6 months straight and kept getting confirmation of reciept emails. Went to their store several times as well only to be told they were still out of stock and they never made contact again after leaving my details. ********!!
