******* of note
Telkom and Nicholas Ngwenya
I have since cancelled my Telkom mobile contract In 2016 with the cancelation number ********** 3. With the believe that after paying the outstanding amount my contact would be cancelled.
Only to my shock I still kept on receiving invoice month in month out. I went to visit the Telkom branch in Rosebank in January 2018 and lunghile I was afforded reassurance from the manager that the account would be cancelled after 3 working days and id receive an email of communication. Little did I know this was just a tactic to brush my “annoying client tendencies off.
Early September I was contacted by a young man of the Name Vincent Maduna from Nicholas Ngwenya with Regards to my Telkom account which was supposedly handed over due to failure to adhere to payments. I sent him all the necessary documents to prove my cancelation even went as far as digging up old bank statements cause I needed to prove that I did pay. He suggested I visit the Telkom head office however he does guarantee I’m still going to pay the amount regardless. I decided to make my way to Telkom only to be told that they have no relation with the company and my contact has been cancelled for a while. The man who helped me even went as far as showing me the document of cancelation.
Today which is the 22 November 2018 I’m receiving emails from this company known as Nicholas Ngwenya with threats of me being sent to Credit bureau and charging me R2000+ from a mere R417 they had asked me to pay in the beginning of September.
Telkom owes me a thorough explanation as I have adhered to all the required terms of cancelation.
