****med with Data Deal.

From bad to worst Service.

Well, where to begin...

On the 29th of October I went into the store to apply for their “15 Gig-a-month for R199”. There was a promotion in the window.

The lady that help me processed my order and said they'll give me a call when the sales department approved it.

" it should be ready by next week, the Monday or Tuesday" I remember that clearly.

When Monday came I went in and again, this time a different sales person said they'll call me; there was problem at the sales department.

Tuesday came, they asked for a contact number to call me as the package was still not approved. So I waited

I didn't go the Wednesday as more time was most likely needed.

Late on Thursday I went during my lunch break to hopefully get some good news. I did. The package was stored at the back and no-one bothered to call me. It could have been ready on Wednesday, who knows.

After signing document and other legal matters the sales person assured me that after about an hour I would be connected via the wireless Router that came with my contract.

The whole of that day I struggled getting no signal.

After standing in queues and sacrificing my lunch break to sort out my contract. I still couldn't connect to the internet.

Friday, I took all the gear they gave and went back to the store to find out my sim card wasn’t activated. finally I was able to connect to the internet.

I remember correctly and asked the sales person on the floor the previous Saturday when I initially signed up for the contract deal that was promoted in the store window.“I want to sign up for 15 Gig-a-month for R199 deal”. A vertical Promotional banner, very hard to miss that.

In the bus home I check my mail and with utter fury I read that I was signed up for a 10 Gig (5 Gig day and 5 Gig night surfer) data package when I received my approval message.

The month had ended and new promotions was visible in the store window. “12 Gig-a-month for R99” deal was the new deal while I was being processed for the “10 Gig-a-month for R199”. I app**** for the “15 Gig-a-month for R199" deal on Saturday the 29th October when the promotion was still available.

I have never seen such never-mindedness service, long lines with one sales person needing to assist while a number of other sales reps walk around the store doing... who knows what.

It feels like I was ****med. why could they not have told me I was getting the 5 Gig-5 Gig package. there was plenty of time. I wasn’t asked once if the package was the right one, or if what I was getting was correct, not even a greeting when I came in and left.
