****med to a 24 month contract by Openserve I did not agree on

I was approached by a Openserve Agent to install a 20 meg line fibre at my place and told me that the account is a month to month contract, and we agreed on that before everything was finalised , I skipped one month of not paying as in my understanding this is a month to month contract then OpenServe disconnects my line and told me im arrears and that my contract is a 24 months contrac of which I wasnt even aware of and my line is still disconnected and there is no way im paying for a 24 month contract of which I did not agree on Openserve ****med me into this contract.
