****med by telkom with two contracts i never agreed and do not even have phones.

I was phoned by an agent and a huwaei contract was sold to me,but two phones were delivered.Immediatley i went back to them no answer on the phone,i went to Telkom Cresta sote indeed I had two contacts i never agreed to and i was made to hold on at a call center in the store for two hours,no help.I left with the Cresta store.A manager at the cresta store even phoned to confirm that the phones were left in the store and said they try and resolve matter.Several times the double debited me,even when matter was reported to telkom and store directly.Many people were handling my case but to this day there is no solution.I think telkom are just big ****** and ****** of note.If have this phones why is there numbers not active?I am saddened that such a big company like this would be dealing so dirty.To this day nothing was done after many service agents contacted me but to no avail.****** nje.I ask you to check your camera to check if your phones were left in the store.------ Original message -------- From: Mondo Telkom ********** Date:2016/09/19 16:04 (GMT+02:00) To: ********** Cc: Subject: Huawei Y511 on Smartplan 50 + Additional data SIM From Mondo Telkom
