I have been ********** by TELKOM to paying R1800.00 every month for services that I don't get or they are forever not working.

When I want to cancel my contract with them they take me from pillar to post. They will tell me about cancellation that you need to do online on My Telkom navigate to manage to cancel but believe me when you get to this page it tells you about agent that can convince you not to cancel. Or give you wrong number to call. 081129

It will never get you to the correct page where you can cancel. When you call this numbers, e.g 081180 Option 2/3/6 they will never assist you to cancel but they refers you to other line that they will even cut off your phone.

If by luck you get them they will tell you about cancellation fees which you have to pay but when they rope you they don't pay any cent. But I want to call now I am told lots of money that I have to pay for them to cancel. I have been ********** even data that I was promised to be given they don't. On there side they will tell you right package but they don't send me that what is promised.

They will even tell me that I have used so much of data that on my side was not connecting but I will told that I have used it. I didn't even attend my class today because I had no data that I paid R1800.00 monthly.

I am really disappointed by TELKOM Services
